Whoever manages to extract the most pimples is the winner and Pete's hero, but watch out for the extra sore mega-zit on Pete's nose! If you're not careful your zit extraction will pop the sensitive mega-zit, and you'll get sprayed with pus and lose the game. For pimple-popping pros 5 and over.
