First Impressions out of the box TV was well packed and protected even though the external box was slightly damaged in transit as it was in its own box inside, with all cables and remotes. It was easy to erect but felt the feet could have been a little more robust. A little concerned it may topple over if knocked. The TV was clean and unmarked. Quality of Product Sony has always been one of the best makes and this one of several Sony purchase we have made over the years. This model looks well, is a sensible size and has a very thin border around the screen, which virtually disappears when on, and sits neatly in a corner. Picture and sound quality are excellent and can be easily adjusted. Works well with our soundbox. It has all the features of an up-to-date model and includes the more up-to-date channels and apps. There was no problem setting anything up or using the desertcart stick and apps. Wifi connectivity is good and there have been no problems with our Sky and mini-boxes. So far we have been very pleased with this model and feel it is very good value for money. Would definitely recommend. Review: Quality. - An amazing bit of kit. Clear picture, good sound and easy to use. Sony do it right. No flashy shiny bits, just good quality. Sony isn't the cheapest but for me, the quality and hopeful longevity will make up for the higher cost. Excent.
