- When should I charge the electric toothbrush? Is there a charging reminder?
If the battery level falls below 20%, the indicator flashes red → charge immediately. Please do not use the toothbrush until it cannot be switched on before charging, as this will save the battery.
- Is the toothbrush waterproof?
Yes. However, be sure to rinse and dry the toothbrush thoroughly after brushing your teeth. The exposure time should not exceed 10 minutes. Store the electric toothbrush in a ventilated and dry place after use. Do not use them in hot or humid environments.
- How long is the battery durable? Is there a charger?
Use twice a day for 2 minutes each, a 3.5 hour charging time is enough for up to 120 days. A charging cable is included. Please use a 5V 1.5A plug and the charging cable provided by us. If the toothbrush cannot be charged, please contact us.
- Why pause while brushing?
The brushing time is set to 2 minutes, according to the scientific cleaning time recommended by dentists. Every 30 seconds, an acoustic signal sounds that prompts you to change the cleaning position and thus ensures thorough cleaning.
After the correct insertion of the brush head, there is a small distance (usually less than 0.5 mm) between the brush head and the housing. This is normal. Please do not press the brush head too hard on the housing.
