Seishu Inui is the first Division Captain of the Second Generation of the Tokyo Manji Gang in the anime series, Tokyo Revengers.

Originally introduced in the series as the 10th Generation Black Dragon Attack Squad Captain, Inui had control over a massive army of strong delinquents.

Because of his following of Shinichiro, Inui learned a great amount of mechanical knowledge.
