Review: Lovely Design, Great Quality & a Joy to Use - The Savvy

Review: Brilliant customer service and great product! - UPDATE:
After writing my review below the company contacted me to resolve
the issue. Firstly I was impressed the company contacted me
(loads wouldn’t have bothered) but what was even more impressive
was their attitude and willingness to ensure I was happy with my
purchase that ultimately resulted in them sending me replacement
notebooks (with pen loop) free of charge which duly turned up
today. In my my mind this is brilliant customer service and goes
to show how much they care about their customers. On the back of
this display I will definitely buy products from them again and
wish the company every future success. Five stars!! ORIGINAL
REVIEW: I have to say, I feel slightly cheated. First world
problems and all that but I didn’t realise the dark blue notebook
doesn’t come with a pen holder. All the other colours do and I
obviously didn’t notice that the dark blue was the only one that
didn’t. Annoying as I wanted a notebook with the pen holder and
if I’d known I would have got a different colour. Why on earth
the dark blue one doesn’t have a pen holder is a complete and
utter mystery. Anyway, mini rant over - I just wish that point
was made a little clearer (although to be fair is does say it in
the description). Apart from that the product seems all perfectly
reasonable for the money and looks like it will do the job.
