I bought them so that I could frame pictures for gifts and told myself that if people hated the frames they could always reframe, but I was shocked by the quality! The frames look surprisingly beautiful for the price! The pane is glass, the frame looks beautiful, and I had no issues putting pictures into frames. My only complaint is that the backing is a little bit flimsy/cheap but for the price of these frames I do not care at all. These are definitely not the most amazing frames you will ever buy, but for the price, they are SO worth it and pretty great.
