The new Sabrent Rocket XTRM Plus still has fast Thunderbolt 3 connectivity with a USB fallback mode, so it works on just about any device, but we’ve updated the hardware and added a removable silicone sleeve for additional protection. The drive enclosure is clad in aluminum for superior heat dissipation and extra ruggedness, just like the XTRM-Q, with integrated temperature and health monitoring for peace of mind. The Rocket XTRM Plus is designed to go with you, plug and play with Windows, macOS, Linux, plus other systems and devices. It’s bus-powered, so no lugging around a power supply. For additional convenience we’ve included both a quality Thunderbolt cable as well as a USB-A to USB-C cable for flexible connectivity. Connect to 40Gbps Thunderbolt with transfers up to 2,700 MB/s or up to 900 MB/s in the 10Gbps (USB 3.2 Gen 2x1) fallback mode.
