You can only use the USB data cable provided by us to charge the device to avoid injury to the watch, You can't use other data cables. After receiving the watch, charge it for 2 hours and keep power for 5-10 seconds to turn it on.

This kids smart watch does NOT have GPS function,

If you need to call, you need to buy a nano SIM card, make sure your area covers 2G network, and insert 2G SIM card to call. (if you use watches in the UK, recommendations: Vodafone, 1p mobile, lycammobile, O2 mobile, Tesco, EE, T-Mobile UK card) break the distance limit, and you can contact your children at any time to build a communication bridge.

SOS: double click the power button twice. As long as the first two numbers in the address book are set, SOS will send text messages and dial the first two numbers in turn when the card is inserted and there is a 2G signal. If connected, the SOS call ends. But if there is no SIM card or signal in the watch, double clicking power will dial 119
