Pioneers is a clever strategy board game with a deck building mechanism. It is designed for 2-4 players and offers a playing time of approximately 60 minutes. The game involves players taking turns to move across the game board, attempting to unload pioneers in newly founded cities to gain bonuses and victory points. Players must strategically place the right pioneers in the right cities while also constructing roads to charge opponents for their use. The game ends when a player can no longer build roads, and the player with the most victory points wins.
