It brings a delightful vintage touch to my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with it. It has proven to be a much better option than my electric kettle. The fact that I can just keep it on top of my induction hob not only makes it convenient but also serves as a great decoration in my kitchen. Review: I am absolutely delighted with this kettle - I wanted a whistling kettle to use on gas indoors, outdoors and camping. I wanted it light weight and energy efficient, with a loud whistle. This kettle is extremely light weight and will, barely be noticeable as part of what you carry when walking or camping. I tested in on my camping gas stove indoors and outdoors. it boils very quickly thus using very little gas. The whistle is highly efficient. It washes well . Unlike some others I have used, the lid fits perfectly as does the whistle. The handle does not get hot so easy to pick up when ready and it pours beautifully woth no spillage or dripping. All in all A good quality great value buy. I highly recommend
