The sound is okay but the device just keep on and off itself according to its own mood. You can't connect to customer support easily, they are always busy. Giving 1 star just for having an idea of providing wireless charger in a Bluetooth speaker with the dim lighting effect but the implementation is so poor. Sad part is the wireless charger also stop working sometimes.
