Pioneer TS-W3004D4 2400W Max/800W RMS Champion Series Pro DVC Component Subwoofer has a dual voice-coil with a dual-layer surround and dual spiders powered by a larger magnet and a new basket design, we have designed this sub-woofer to give you the most terrific bass experience at 2000 W (max) power. The new IMPP composite cones are designed specifically to prevent cone failures at high sound pressure levels. Composite Cones have a well balanced rigidity and moves in unison without any strong or weak points. The first of its kind technology, dual-layer elastic polymer surround dramatically improves durability and lightness, for superior response, especially for louder volume. The new basket design features four ribbed arms for stiffness but slimmer in shape with air vents for proper heat dissipation.
