Crucially I was looking for a TV with the Freely app built in, allowing you to set the TV up without any aerial or satellite connections - free to air UK channels are streamed via your home WiFi, so you can simply plug this TV into the power supply, connect to your router and the channels are installed easily. The TV offers numerous connections at the back, including 3 HDMI ports. The sound quality from the TV speakers is excellent for a unit of this size: The one feature not included on this set however is Bluetooth, so you can't wirelessly connect headphones for example, although there is a standard headphone jack for a wired connection. (I use an Apple TV box so can wirelessly pair my headphones through that instead for late night viewing). One other thing to note is that the TV doesn’t currently offer either NOW TV or Apple TV+ apps via the TV’s App Store, so you would need to connect an Apple TV box or other streaming device to get those; Netflix, Disney+, iPlayer etc. are all available though. The ambilight feature is really unique and works brilliantly, however you do need to have the set situated close to a wall to get the best experience. I'm really pleased with this unit and can recommend to anyone looking for a compact TV. Review: Great choice - Lovely TV, exceeded my expectations. Great sound and colours quality.
