Beware of aspiring petfluencers. A new social media platform is conquering the internet and searching for the most droll animal images. Who posts the best motifs and gets the most paws? In the card game Paws Up, the playing round after round exchange new animal photos. To do this, they always play a hand card and exchange it for one of the cards on the side. The played hand card with the highest paw value starts the exchange round and can thus secure the most coveted card from the display. But this does not always have to be the card with the most paws, because trends also want to be served with high-profile story postings. Anyone who compiles a trendy story from three matching animal photos can secure additional paws for the score score. Anyone who can count the most paws over hand cards and acquired story cards after 13 rounds has earned the title as a new social media star.

Directions

To play Paws Up, players must change hand and exposure cards in each round. The hand card with the highest paw value begins the exchange round. Players can also gain extra paws by creating a fashion story of three matching animal photos. The game ends after 13 rounds and the player with most hand cards and story cards purchased declares himself the winner.
