Nalbantov Electronics Ltd. NCM 622 Wireless Microphone

The Nalbantov NCM 622 represents a technical evolution in wind instrument microphones, designed for precise audio capture in professional sound reinforcement. Built on established acoustic engineering principles, this microphone features a specifically calibrated frequency range and tailored dynamic sensitivity to accurately process the complex acoustic output of wind instruments. The functional core of the NCM 622 lies in its direct-contact reading mechanism. By capturing sound directly from the instrument’s body instead of relying on the surrounding air, the microphone is engineered to help minimize acoustic howling. This method helps separate the main audio signal from ambient stage noise, environmental wind interference, and the mechanical clicking of the instrument's keys. Consequently, the user is afforded flexible mobility around the stage without experiencing the signal drops or proximity effect variations associated with standard microphones. From a structural standpoint, the NCM 622 is precisely machined from aluminum, resulting in a unit that weighs only 0.35 oz (10 grams). This minimal weight helps maintain the physical balance and ergonomics of the instrument during play. The exterior features a durable Black Granite finish, complemented by a blue backlight indicator that provides visual status confirmation on stage. This SCW bundle includes the NCM 622 microphone paired with a 16-channel wireless system, delivering an operating distance of up to 196 feet (60 meters). The complete package also contains a connecting cable, an AC adapter, a protective carrying case, and a 65 mm Grenadilla wood clarinet barrel, ready for immediate integration. The included mounting kit also enables installation on your own barrels. Other available barrel sizes are 62.5 mm, 64 mm, 64.5 mm, and 66 mm.
