It’s a little staticky but they filter out other background noise well. Some simple editing afterwards can clean it up even more. These are wireless but not bluetooth! This means a steady connection between the mics and your device. The dongle plugs into a USB-C port and the mics connect through it. The mics do need to be charged, but the dongle does not (powered while connected). The dongle also has an extra USB-C port on its side so your device can be charged while connected to it - I hadn’t known this when I purchased but it’s a VERY nice feature. Super easy to use - just plug in the dongle, turn on the mics, and hit record on your device. All of the pieces are small and can be stored in the shipping box or in something of your own.
