Mercusys MB115-4G - 4G LTE 802.11n 300Mbps

Mercusys MB115-4G 300 Mbps Wireless N 4G LTE Router is built to share a mobile broadband connection through a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and an Ethernet port for homes, remote locations or temporary sites where wired access may not be available. The router uses 4G LTE Cat 4 with stated download speeds up to 150 Mbps and upload speeds up to 50 Mbps and broadcasts a wireless network up to 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz based on IEEE 802.11n physical rates. A nano SIM card slot supports FDD-LTE and TDD-LTE bands for compatibility with many service providers; once an unlocked SIM card is inserted and the device is powered on, the router can begin sharing the 4G LTE connection with multiple Wi-Fi devices without additional configuration steps. Four external antennas are arranged to improve reception of the mobile signal and enhance Wi-Fi coverage, allowing the router to convert received 4G LTE service into a wireless network that covers typical living spaces even where network cables cannot reach. The MB115-4G supports up to 32 simultaneous wireless connections, making it suitable for tablets, laptops, smartphones and other Wi-Fi-enabled equipment used in the same environment. An available WAN connection backup is provided through a combined LAN/WAN Ethernet port, so the device can also operate as a conventional router with cable, fiber or DSL modems when wired internet is present, offering flexibility between 4G and fixed-line service. Management and setup are handled with the Mercusys app on Android and iOS smartphones, which offers options such as parental controls for setting access policies, guest network for separate visitor access, data settings to define maximum data limits and view monthly statistics and messaging to access SMS functions and receive notifications about data usage.
