Review: I Like The Little Dosing Cup Not So Sure About The
Sprayer - I like all things coffee related, so these two items
looked good to try, so the first thing is something I am not
really sure I would need, that's the little sprayer, I have seen
these used when watching YouTube videos on coffee brewing, I
think the idea is that it helps prevent static when grinding the
beans, this is supposed to stop the grinds sticking to the burrs,
never tried it until now, all it seemed to do was make the grind
a bit lumpier than usual, so probably not something I will really
bother with if I am honest, also when trying to fill it up the
bottle is suppose to just pull out, it didn't the top came off
and it was quite difficult to actually pull the bottle out,
everything went back together okay though. The dosing cup was
what I really liked the look of, I use a small measuring jug
which I use to scoop the beans out, it happens to hold just the
right amount for two shots of coffee, this held the same amount,
but I have to really load it which risks beans falling off, so
all I can say about that is that it looks better than a small
metal jug.

What you see in their photos is what you get. Fancy little RDT
spray for coffee officinados… looks and feels snazzy, and you can
use if for so many other things, not just spraying your beans!
Same for the cute little dish, which I will be using for my fava
beans, a 'dose' is 30grams, so this wee thing is perfect to
ensure I don't oversnack. Think I will go on T E M U and get a
few more (they are under £2 on there). Price at the time of this
review was £20 - comes in a fancy gift box just in case you want
to gift it to your boyfriend/hubby/bessie mate. I do think the
spray is a bit OTT, a regular fine mist amber glass spray for £2
would do the same job. But, as a gift, I guess the fancy spray is
appropriate, and not everyone is on a tight budget like me! If
you go to their storefront they have these 'travel perfume
bottles' 3 for a tenner...
