I own several Logitech wearables and one of them a wireless (H800) all ok ... for christmas I desire though the H820e wireless because of its extreme versatility and range. meanwhile if I don't care about being *tethered* this one is a favored friend. or the H800 when I might need a mic. for stereo the following order:: Wired Sennheiser; JVC wired; Brookstone wireless. Review: Excellent - I'm a remote tech support worker so I'm on the phone 8-10 hours a day. I've gone through various headsets over the years. I prefer the mono headsets so I'm not completely isolated from my surroundings. It's always a struggle to find a headset that is comfortable, reliable and reasonably priced. This one fits the bill. The sound is clear and full and I have no issues hearing callers. No one has ever complained about my mic either. Critically to me is that it is lightweight and comfortable. I have headsets that are much more expensive than this, but they don't perform any better and for various reasons, I've found them disappointing. Also, it's unclear in the description, but the controls DO have a visual indicator that mute is engaged. A red light comes on right above the button when mute is turned on. These are the perfect balance of performance and cost.
