Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a low wattage in their caravan or motor home etc. wasn’t overly noisy. Looks exactly as pictured. The base is a little sticky as mentioned in previous reviews but you can just hold that down whilst removing the kettle, easily fixed by a bit of sticky tack underneath. Good quality and perfect for the price. The switch on mine was fine, not sure if anyone else has had an issue but mine certainly didn’t, would highly recommend. Review: Cheap but works fine - Needed a replacement low wattage 240v kettle for the Motorhome when on hookup. This works fine, small and lightweight to sit on kitchen counter, separate base so the cable stays out the way and you can fill it up easily without unplugging. Takes a while to boil as you you would expect as it’s only 900w, but rather that than trip the campsite or m/h power. Lid doesn’t seal so don’t tip it up too much when pouring out and it’s fine. Perfect for 2 mugs without scale. The element is visible. Lid could be more robust and time will tell if the hinge lasts, but the kettle body is fine.
