Picture and sound quality is good and also easy to alter to suit the viewing environment. Sound quality is a bit meh, but to be honest it's not a big deal because the tv is on in the background or to keep kids somewhat happy so they're not fussed. Takes a bit of time to log into or log back into aps ect. And as long as you know what you're looking for is all straightforward if you can scan qr codes, if not you'll have to use the remote to manually type things in using the remote. Super easy to plug in. I've had a previous LG smart tv so acquainted with certain aspects of it especially the remote and the button placement. Worth the money? Yes. But not worthy of £279 , I was lucky and found one, used but in amazing condition so price way lower. As of now I have no complaints, but we shall see down the line.
