The Imperial Hotel in Tokyo, Japan, was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and erected between 1916 and 1922 to build a bridge between the eastern and western worlds. This modern masterpiece clearly reflects Frank Lloyd Wright's enormous imagination and his genius. It is designed in the form of its own monogram and was strong enough to defy Japan's heavy and frequent earthquakes. Only the main entrance and lobby of this landmark are still preserved today. They can be seen at the Meiji Museum in Nogoya, Japan. The detailed LEGO model, co-developed and designed by LEGO architects, allows a unique view of the special architecture of the Imperial Hotel, which made it a timeless masterpiece. The 28 cm wide model of the Imperial Hotel stands on a base plate with name train. The enclosed brochure contains data on the building, its construction and its history.
