Tested only, coz received today, and its quiet good,including the built, cable, plug and the quality. It has 3 control normal cool blower, normal heat with low blower , and heat high blower It seems heat is not extreme, but very much enough for drying a mans hair. The package comes with only a thin plastic packing, that i complain about it. About the noise, its quiet good, not too high. And it has a long 6ft cable, with a tie strip along with it, which will be convenient for all of us. I love the product. Gave 4 star coz am not using yet.
