I bought this for my two young granddaughters and they were so excited when they saw the tent being erected, but their excitement went overboard when they saw the butterflies that easily stick onto the tent. They both went inside the tent and then I draped the lights over the top and lit them up. My goodness the girls were absolutely thrilled when the inside of the tent lit up. They stayed inside a while after adding the butterflies and flags, peeping through the windows in the sides and generally having lots of fun. I went to make dinner and when I came back I couldn’t see either the children of their parents, then I heard giggling, the four of them were hiding inside the tent! Admittedly mum and dad were a bit cramped but that gives an idea of how big the tent actually is. It’s so colourful and a lovely design, the curtains on the door can be tied back and my older granddaughter thinks she might actually use it to sleep in when she visits, it really is spacious. The fabric is very lightweight which is good, especially with the recent hot weather, and when we put the tent in the garden we put large stones in the corners to make sure it doesn’t blow away. Over the years I have bought several play tents for my own children and older grandchildren but none have been as good as this. Seeing the pleasure my two youngest grandkids have with the tent makes it exceptionally good value. I highly recommend this if you want your children to have fun. My grandchildren only visit me once a week so when they are not here I just leave the tent in the spare bedroom and before they went home the girls put their toys, dolls and teddies inside, which makes the room look much tidier than usual too, so that’s an added bonus! Review: Perfect for indoor play! - My 5yo was delighted with this purchase. She can just about stand up in it and you can comfortably get 2 kids lying down side by side in there. I was able to sit up quite comfortably in the tent with my daughter too. So easy to assemble, easily done by one person and the wee accessories that come with it, the string of lights, the bunting and the 3D butterfly stickers just make it that extra special. Definitely an indoor play tent as there is a hole in the roof where the supporting rods meet and so it would let in water. The tent fabric is also very thin and would not withstand the elements, I don't think. It is so light as well it would easily blow away. I have to say, it is a very spacious and very pretty indoor play tent so I would recommend it.
