Review: Perfect for double-stack washer-dryer - I have a that’s a
beast to move to get to the vent hose to clean. A pair of
inexpensive hand jacks can barely lift the unit so I ordered the
best available jack, and gave these a try after reading a bunch
of reviews on different models, with the plan of setting the
washer/dryer permanently. The setup is pretty quick and simple,
and seems sturdy. I was able to lift one side with the hand
jacks, position one roller-slid under the set of feet, lower,
then do the other side. And when set to the lowered position and
the washer and dryer is in use - the unit is rock steady. No
added vibration. The washer/dryer unit is a tank, but the lever
to engage the wheels (set wash under the center) is able to raise
and lower and wheel around with ease to my surprise. Today I hit
part two of my laundry room improvement, adding a magnetic dryer
connector- and it was a quick flip on each wheeling base, then an
easy roll of the beast. Huge improvement.
