KTC support non-existent. - Great monitor, when it works. Looks absolutely stunning, was using it with a new Intel ARC B580 on an AM5 7600x setup. Had monitor since May 13th 2025 and failed on July 30th. It turns on and shows no image regardless of cabling, input or PC/videocard used. Lasted roughly 3 months which is unacceptable for any monitor. I have 20+ year old Dell LCD monitors from the early 2000s that still work to this day. I have been fighting with KTC email support since July 30th and it is like pulling teeth. Sometimes they respond next day, or they don't respond at all and I have to follow up. When they do respond, they ask the same questions over and over again. I have sent pictures, video via email, also did the "Google form" detailing the same issue as requested by them but still to this day, no instructions on how to get a replacement. If you buy this monitor pray that it doesn't break because when it does, consider it an "AS IS" purchase. KTC support is basically non-existent. The price is right if it works, but KTC support is not there at all. This is one of those gambles that I took and it was not worth it. Would I buy this monitor again??? NOT AT ALL!!! Spend $100 or $200 more for a proper monitor. You have been warned. Buy at your own risk. Definitely you get what you pay for, and less, with this one. Review: Missing parts and poor craftsmanship - I wish I could write a proper review for this item but unfortunately I can't even do that because it came missing the screws needed to mount it on the stand and wall. Moreover, even if it did have the screws I would still be forced to return it because the screw holes on the base of the stand do not align. Shoddy product all around, save yourself some hassle and get a different one.
