Review: Good camera, good price - I had been looking for a decent camera that wasn't over $400. As an elderly man, I just wanted a camera that was easy to use, took good pictures and used batteries that could be replaced. A camera that has to be plugged in to recharge is worthless. I found this camera easy to use. The picture quality was very good and the 40x zoom was very impressive. It has a lot of features I may never use but the instruction booklet gives step by step instructions that even I could follow. I got the camera on sale but it's certainly worth the full price. I'm very satisfied. Review: Compact and Capable - I just got into photography as a hobby and wasn't sure about spending a lot on a “nicer” DSLR. This little bridge camera is a great all-in-one for my needs and so far has taken some decent photos. It’s compact and lightweight so it’s not fatiguing while worn and it slips away into a pack just fine. The controls and modes take a bit of getting used to, but become easy to navigate afterwords. The optical zoom is the main reason I got this over others and it doesn't disappoint. The autofocus is a bit slow, but was still able to take a freehand image of the moon. For all this little guy offers, Im pretty impressed.
