Instar IN-8403

INSTAR's newest camera model, the IN-8403 2K+ PoE, stands out for its compact body combined with impressive technology. The camera has two types of LEDs: 850nm infrared LEDs and additional white light LEDs. While infrared LEDs ensure clear vision in the dark, the white light LED provides additional illumination if needed. This makes the camera ideal for surveillance of interiors such as homes, offices or commercial spaces. Via an Ethernet cable, the IP camera can be powered and connected to the network using Power over Ethernet (PoE). A built-in PIR thermal sensor detects temperature changes, while software-based motion detection responds to pixel changes. To minimize false alerts, these two detection systems can be logically linked. Additional alarm input and output increase the versatility of the device. With a built-in microphone, the camera can record ambient sounds, ideal for monitoring or as a baby monitor.
