Way 1: Download the "Smart Wristband3" APP directly from APP Store/Google Play; Way 2: Scan the QR code (in the user manual) directly; 3. Why I cannot find the Bluetooth of my watch on Smart Wristband3 APP? Please ensure the watch is not paired with other mobile devices. Then make sure the watch's screen is on, and keep the watch near your mobile phone (within 10 meters). Meanwhile, please allow Smart Wristband3 APP to access your location, otherwise it won't be able to search your watch. 4. Why It Does Not Notify Me Text Messages? First,you should authorizer the its app the permission for reading messages of your phone; Second, tha APPs whose meaasages you want it to pick up should be set notification ON(Notifications--Others--choose the app which you wanna messages showen, switch ON) and they are allowed to push heads-up notification by your phone, Third, keep the your phone connected to the watch. And KEEP THE APP (Smart Wristband3) ON(dues to iPhones' rule,when your phone is standby, app will be shut down,so it won't notify you messages).
