How to Use:
Headphone fixation steps:
1. Before wearing, first place the buckle on the forearms on both sides of the headphones (the bottom of the buckle is marked to distinguish left and right);
2. Then wear the swimming cap and goggles;
3. Finally, put on the headphones and press the goggles strap into the groove above the buckle to secure the headphones in place
Operation:
1. Press and hold the power button (largest button) ① to turn on or off the headphones. After turning on, it will enter the training mode by default (requires use with the transmitter);
2. After turning on, each short press of the multifunction button ② will switch to another receiving channel, total 7 channels repeatedly.
