Ring charges within 1hr from 5% to 100% and ran for 7 days quite happily before needing a recharge. Set up was very straightforward and I was particularly interested in BP measurements. The trick here is to make sure the sensor lights are set slightly to the left of centre on the finger. I got consistent results with about 10 points less than my arm cuff BP monitor on systolic readings and spot on for the diastolic readings. AI reccommends wearing the ring on your index finger because there are more blood vessels close to the skins surface to get more accurate BP readings. Steps were also within about 200 of my wrist Fitbits daily total consistently 200 less but I've always thought my Fitbit inspire 2 was giving me slightly elevated step rates. All in all I'm really impressed by the value for money compared to the overpriced branded rings from Oura etc. Review: Don't buy - Blood pressure reading doesn't work gives false reading so does step counter. It probably all does and it's too big so put it on my index finger as its the only one it fits
