Significantly better than some well know budget arcade joysticks on the market. Good quality feel to the handle. The metal mounting plate is quite thin and may not stand up to hard core commercial abuse and if you're being really picky could do with deburring but for the price I think these are excellent. They also look easy to service and it would be a doddle to replace the microswitches if needed. For the price you can't go wrong.
