Obviously my son didn't used it yet as he's going to get it on Christmas day but myself and my partner tested it and we think it's an awesome gadget for our 6 year old. He's very advanced in math and English and I m sure he will absolutely love his present. Easy to make it function, easy to work with and the games are so fun and entertaining. I had a complete user-error moment and couldn’t get things working properly, but the team were incredibly patient, calm and genuinely lovely. They sent clear videos, talked me through everything step by step, and never once made me feel silly. Such friendly, polite and supportive service from start to finish. The product itself is just as impressive. We bought the Languages game first and it was brilliant, really immersive and great fun to play together. As a free gift we received the Maths game, which turned out to be an absolute game-changer. It’s been fantastic for Year 4 MTC practice, making something that can feel stressful into something fun and engaging. Educational, immersive, and genuinely enjoyable, with outstanding customer service to match. I couldn’t recommend Heromask highly enough!
