Directions
1. Set up the game board with the title deeds, money, dice, and character tokens. 2. Each player chooses a character token and places it on GO. 3. The youngest player goes first and rolls the dice to move their token around the board. 4. On landing on an unowned property, the player can buy it. If they choose not to, the bank auctions it to the highest bidder. 5. Players collect rent from their opponents when they land on their properties. 6. Players can also draw Apartment 19 or Apartment 20 cards for additional challenges or rewards. 7. The game continues until one player has acquired all the properties and goes bankrupt, leaving them as the winner.
