My 4 year old is besotted with baby alive so when she received this for her birthday she was estatic! The face paint will appear when using the heart pen when water is inserted. I'm sure I will be purchasing many more in the future. Review: What I will say that is most important to know is that you need to be careful when feeding her - That when you try to feed her like baby alive food it leaks out the back of her neck but overall I think she is a really cute and adorable doll to play fairies with :)❤️🧚🏻‍♀️
