Product parameters: Rated : 220V / Rated frequency: / 60Hz Rated power: 780W Speed: 2000-5500r/min Eccentricity: 10mm Sticking plate diameter: 7.5cm Net weight: 2.5kg Waxing working environment: 1. The waxing work environment is clean, well ventilated, and there are conditions to set up a special waxing workshop. 2, the car should be waxed in the shade, otherwise the car surface temperature is high, the car wax adhesion ability will decline, affecting the waxing effect. 3. When waxing, the running route of the manual sponge and waxing machine sponge should be linear and reciprocating. It is not suitable for ring coating to avoid strong annular diffusion due to uneven coating. 4, waxing should follow the principle of first up and down, that is, first apply the roof, front and rear cover, body side and so on. 5. When waxing, if the same color as the car paint appears on the sponge, the paint surface may be damaged. The waxing should be stopped immediately and repaired. 6. The polishing operation is to be carried out within a specified time after the waxing is completed, and the polishing motion is also linear reciprocating. Unpolished vehicles are never allowed to drive on the road, otherwise they will be polished, which may cause scratches on the paint surface. 7. After the polishing is finished, it is necessary to carefully check and exclude the residual wax on the license plate, lamp, door edge, etc. to avoid corrosion.
