Just installed and was straight forward. Very quiet on both indoor and outdoor units. Easy to commission and works well. Only negative comment would be the outside condenser unit does not have protective grill for coil on side or rear of unit. Review: Parts missing - Came with parts missing, instructions not clear, and won't connect to 5g. Other than that the unit works ok
