FiiO K9 PRO ESS - Desktop DAC

Inside the K9 Pro ESS are two ES9038PRO DAC chips. The THX AAA 788+ chips used in the K9 Pro ESS provide exemplary detail and dynamics. The K9 Pro ESS can produce 1100 mW* without distortion with a load of 300 Ohm and 2100 mW* without distortion with a load of 32 Ohms. The PCB of the K9 Pro ESS uses a partitioned layout, in which not only the power supply and signals are separated, but also the loop of the analog signal is inserted into an independent section, ensuring the integrity of the audio signal in processing. Each audio signal passes through a giant 6-step circuit to play music in the most faithful and detailed way possible. Fully differential signals pass through the DAC, volume control and amplifier for a truly balanced design. In addition to the special high-performance linear power supply, power stabilization and filtering inside the audio circuit greatly contribute to the excellent sound of the K9 Pro ESS. In particular, at each stage of the audio circuit, the LDO with very low noise is used for voltage adjustment. Supports MQA tracks, allowing you to listen to high-resolution audio files while maintaining master-level sound quality. The K9 Pro ESS uses Qualcomm QCC5124 to manage Bluetooth functions, with support for formats such as LDAC, aptX HD and aptX Adaptive. This chip ensures that Bluetooth connections are reliable and fast, meeting both the low latency needs for gaming/video and the high speed needed for high-resolution audio (Supported formats: AAC/SBC/aptX LL/aptX HD/LDAC/aptX Adaptive).
