I “unstitched” the sides and made a slit for the seat belt at the top then re-stitched them after I put the seatbelt through the slit seatbelt on top. I used fishing line for thread to stitch it back up so it was very strong. After it was done, it worked just fine and looked good. Please don’t order these for a 2004 Silverado if you don’t want to alter the cover after you get it.
