Ordered it and it arrived first thing the next morning, desertcart had carefully packed it and the frame was in perfect condition. It ships with four plastic corner protectors, so unwrapped and took those off and mounted my poster. The poster was ever so slightly larger than standard A3 so I trimmed a tiny strip down one edge so it would side perfectly flat on the glass - fortunately the design of the frame means a small amount of the frame surround covers the edge, so you get a straight crisp edge (no trimming visible). Bear this in mind if the very edge of your picture must be visible, but you're only covering a very small amount. Product quality: for the price I would say it's very good: the glass is nicer than plasticy acrylic "glass" you get on some frames, the frame itself is fairly sturdy, well prepared with no uneven joins or imperfections and the picture is held in well with the simple backing piece. The frame proportions are good, the frame is wide enough but doesn't detract from the picture. The wood is nice enough for most situations (eg something round the house, in a home office etc) - nothing wrong with it but it's not quite the quality you'd put in a gallery but at this price point I'm sure most people would be delighted and I certainly am. Review: If you're thinking about it...do it. - Looks beautiful and true to size. Very sturdy photo frame that has the option of freestanding or hanging on the wall. It is not a cheap frame, but is the good quality and not plastic looking.
