Its compact design makes it convenient for home use without taking up much space. The installation and setup process is simple and straightforward. The floor cleaning quality is excellent. It automatically maps the area, and you also have the option to customize or manually adjust the mapping if needed. The suction power is strong and effectively picks up dust and hair. Navigation is mostly accurate. It cleans open areas quickly and efficiently, although it takes a bit more time in areas with obstacles. The wet mopping function works well, and the floor looks clean and shiny after mopping. I recommend keeping the mopping level set to medium for best results. The charging and battery performance are satisfactory. It uses around 35% battery to clean and mop an area of approximately 700 sq. ft., and it takes about 65–70 minutes to complete the cleaning job. Customer support is good. Initially, I faced some difficulty contacting them, but the support team got back to me and assisted me through a video call. The demo and installation representative was knowledgeable and polite. Overall, I highly recommend this product.
