What it is: An eau de parfum built on notes of summer by the ocean in New England. Fragrance story: It's hot but the sea breeze brings in cool salted air by late afternoon. The borders of the beachhead are covered in bushes of single-petaled rosa rugosa—the musk rose. Fresh and purple in the summer sun, by late summer the rose hips are a bright tomato red, sour and filled with seeds. Honeysuckle, black raspberry and other vines intertwine amongst the dune grass.
