Review: Nice little smart ring - This is the first “smart" thing
I get that can monitor my healthy indicators. I can get my heart
rate, blood oxygen, and HRV index. To impress me more, it can
show my sleep quality score. With this, I can know how my sleep
goes!! I should get it earlier for this. It is pretty easy to
setup, scan the QR code from the user manual to install the app
on my phone. It connects the ring within seconds, and it was
ready to go. With a "ring" on my finger is a different
experience, need spend time to get use to it.
