Perfect filter coffee according to the certified ECBE standard: the optimal ratio between coffee, water, temperature and brewing time. In 4-6 minutes, a coffee with 10 cups of coffee is burned at 92-96°C. With a water content of 7 g of coffee powder on 125 ml of water, filter coffee is prepared with a balanced aroma. Inspired by the classic preparation by hand (Pour over), espresso preparation guarantees an interval that is always identical to the preparation of coffee and thanks to a special extraction that extracts the maximum amount of aroma from the coffee powder.
