I’ve been using it a lot during the holy month of Ramadan, and it has honestly made meal prep so much easier and faster. From samosas and spring rolls to chicken and even reheating snacks for iftar, everything comes out crispy and perfectly cooked. What I really like is how quickly it heats up and how evenly it cooks the food. It saves so much time in the kitchen, especially when preparing multiple items before iftar. Cleanup is also very easy, which is a huge plus after a long day of fasting. It’s become one of the most used appliances in my kitchen, and I can see myself using it all year round. Review: Best Air Fryer - I bought the Cosori Turboblaze air fryer and was so impressed, a week later I bought another. I tried a different air fryer a few months before and was not impressed. It is much quieter than other air fryers partly because of the DC motor which is more efficient than the typical AC motor air fryer. The Corsori has completely changed the way my wife and I prepare our meals. I bought the 2nd one so we could cook different items at the same time. We have not used our large oven since we bought the Cosori's. We have made chicken wings and breast's and the skin is very crispy, not fatty. We have made breaded chicken and pork chops, french fries, potato wedges, Zucchini fries, etc. etc. It makes frozen french fries taste like restaurant quality fries. Its also great for reheating foods especially pizza. The Turboblaze cooks much faster than a large oven, and even most other air fryers due to the swirling action of the airflo over the heating coil, and it's more economical than a large oven and very easy to clean. I like that I can pop it open for a second, check the food, and push it back in without losing the heat and waiting for a large oven to come back to temp. The temperature and cook time are easily adjusted, even during the cooking cycle. The one thing I would suggest is to purchase an inexpensive instant thermometer to check the status of meats.
