The company tried to help, but in the end, they said to just return it for a replacement. The replacement works great and is just the correct (small) size for my counter. Some people wrote that it is noisy, but it sounds like a regular working microwave to me. The buttons work well and the push to open button is something I am used to and I like that, also.
