This set contains 2 replaceable brush heads that can only be used with the Colgate Keep metal handle. This more sustainable toothbrush simultaneously promotes a deep clean by using its floss-tip bristles. The soft floss-tip bristles gently reach 4x deeper below the gum line versus an ordinary flat-trim toothbrush so the bristles can reach between teeth. This toothbrush should not replace flossing.
