Review: Excellent performance and easy to use - Great product easy to install and setup done with the help of youtube only this item is worth the price Review: This printer series is defective - The printer did not work from the 1st day itself. Showed a printer head issue. Escalated to desertcart to replace or return since it was within the 10 day return or replacement policy however they asked to call hp Hp did online troubleshooting and then sent an engineer. Engineer confirmed that this an issue with this series of printers but he can’t do anything other than replace the part which has still not come. Asked hp to replace or give denial of replacement letter as the same is required by desertcart to act and they are refusing to do either. So now escalating both to hp and desertcart for something as basic as functioning product. Is this too much to ask. Avoid this printer at all costs
