With transfer rates of up to 5Gbps – 10 times faster than standard USB 2.0, the USB 3.0 MiniStation™ Extreme vastly reduces the time needed for data transmission, making it ideal for transferring and sharing videos, large digital photo collections, music files, and other data-intensive digital content. Compact, shock-resistant design The high-performance USB 3.0 portable storage comes in a compact, shock-resistant, and sophisticated design – and three colours: red, black and silver. The internal hard drive is encased in a highly shock-resistant body with rubberised elements to protect it from damage and accidental bumps. The MiniStation™ Extreme’s shock protection features meet the US Military Standard MIL-STD-810F 516.5 Procedure IV. It has passed free-fall drop tests with drops up to 2.3 metres. Turbo speed boost The combination of a SuperSpeed USB 3.0 interface and TurboPC EX utility makes file transfers blazingly fast.
