Review: Downgrade from the A20s - Bose bring back the A20s!!!! These A30s are no where near the same noise canceling as the A20. The bluetooth isn’t as good either. Actually kind of upset that I bought the A30s thinking I was going to get an upgrade from the a20s but it’s a DOWNGRADE. Review: Customer service? ha!!! - This is the 4th set that I purchased. I received this set with a 5 pin instead of 2 plug. I just opened it after 31 days and noticed it was the wrong configuration. Contacted Bose direct and said that I had to purchase the cable with the controller for another $300. desertcart won't exchange because it's past 30 days. If you fly, you know that sometimes you don't take 4 people. This last weekend, when we were taking all 4 of my family members, one had to wear their airpod's instead of talking with us! The purchase was from the Bose store through desertcart. HORRIBLE!!!! I guess if you spend almost $5 Grand, They could care less...
